Please find attached to this message two files.
One file contains the data and the other file has the corresponding 
metadata.
These should be considered an OCADS data set.

Please acknowledge via e-mail that you have received them and let me 
know if you have any further questions.
I look forward to seeing the associated url and (NCEI) Accession 
Number(s) once you have them generated.
