Source: Charles Featherstone, NOAA's Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory,
submitted these data to NCEI via email on November 28, 2019.

Action(s): The original data and metadata files were transferred to the directory
of data/0-data/. NCEI personnel extracted the longitude and latitude data,
and plotted a sampling station map. Both the generated longitude latitude
file and the sampling station map were saved in the directory of about/.
NCEI personnel also converted the .xls file to .csv, and saved them in
        the data/1-data/ directory.

Files:
about/
This directory contains files created by NCEI staff, email correspondence,
and other 'negotiable' information between NCEI staff and the data provider.

0183469_lonlat.txt -
Contains sample locations for these data. Each row contains the geographical
position where these data were collected (longitude in the left column and
latitude in the right column, both in degrees). NCEI may have corrected
geographic positions that seemed to be in error when generating this file.
However, NCEI did not change the original data files under the directory
  data/0-data/.

0183469_map.jpg -
Sample location map for these data.

0-email.txt -
E-mail from personnel notifying NCEI that they sent their data to the NCEI
  via email.

data/0-data/
This directory contains the data files as submitted to NCEI.

data/1-data/
This directory contains data and metadata files that were converted by NCEI from
their originally submitted format to an archival format.

*.csv - Comma-separated-value (CSV) files that NCEI converted from the
        Microsoft Excel file in /0-data.

*.pdf - Portable document format files that NCEI converted from the Microsoft Excel
	file in /0-data.
