Dear Sirs/Alex:

Please find attached a data set submission metadata spreadsheet, along
with the data set in compressed archive files for the following formats...

CSV (comma separated values)

MAT (MATLAB native binary format)

ODV (Ocean Data View format)

PSQL (PostgreSQL format)

... as well as a read-me text file. In a second email (due to size
restrictions) I also include a compressed file for Microsoft EXCEL's
XLSX format, and in third email I included the ACCDB (Microsoft ACCESS
Database native format) version along with a preprint of the manuscript
describing the data set. Once we have a DOI assigned we will include
that in the manuscript and submit it to ESSD.

Please note that due to spreadsheet size restrictions, the CSV and XLSX
formats have split the data table into two parts.
