Hi Are,

1.
This morning I replaced the SALNTY and CTDSAL values in the bottle data file with the new ones you provided (with the exception of the CTDSAL values for station 209 which were not replaced). The new version of the bottle data file is attached. If these look OK to you I can submit whenever you say it is OK.

2.
Prior to you sending revised CTDSAL and SALNTY values for the bottle file, Sharon Escher reformatted the CTD data that you had previously sent. The files she produced (in exchange and netCDF formats) are attached.

We apparently now have a problem. The data in the files Sharon produced are from the file you called ”58GS20150410_ctd.csv” with a timestamp of June 20, 2018. Presumably, these CTD files pre-date your most recent calibration of the CTDSAL values.
If this is correct, could you now supply the updated version of the CTD file.

3. I have files:

you mention but did not forward the pCO2 data to me. I assume that Alex has that data and CCHDO can link to it.

I will submit the bottle file, the revised CTD data and the 3 listed files (notes, surf and Report) once we’ve cleared up the CTD issue and you say “GO". If you can also supply the URL for the pCO2 data it will save some effort on this end.
