Source: Nicolas Metzl, LOCEAN CNRS submitted these data to OCADS via email
on April 13, 2018.

Action(s): The original data and metadata files were sent to OCADS via email. 
All original data and metadata files were transferred to the directory of 
data/0-data/. NCEI personnel extracted the longitude and latitude data, and 
plotted a sampling station map. Both the generated longitude latitude file and the 
sampling station map were saved in the about/ directory. NCEI personnel also 
converted the .xls metadata file to .csv and saved it in the data/1-data/ directory.

and other 'negotiable' information between NCEI staff and the data provider.
