FTP share directory on January 5, 2018.

Action(s): This data set was copied from LDEO ftp share directory manually by Alex Kozyr. 
All original data and metadata files were transferred to the directory of data/0-data/. 
NCEI personnel extracted the longitude and latitude data, and plotted a sampling 
station map. Both the generated longitude latitude file and the sampling station map 
were saved in the about/ directory.
