Source: Meike Becker of GEOMAR, Helmholtz Center for Ocean Research, Kiel, Germany submitted 
An Internally Consistent Dataset of δ13C-DIC Data in the North Atlantic Ocean files and documentation
to former CDIAC via CDIAC OME automated system in July 2016.

Action(s): The original data files and documentation files were sent to CDIAC as ZIP file by the 
Meike Becker of GEOMAR, Helmholtz Center for Ocean Research, Kiel, Germany in July 2016.
The data set was archived at CDIAC in 2016.The Data set files were manually transferred to NCEI on 
July 31, 2017 for archive. All zip files were unzipped and  transferred to the directory of 
data/0-data/.

about/
This directory contains files created by NCEI staff, email correspondence,
and other 'negotiable' information between NCEI staff and the data provider.
  
0164569_preview.jpg - 
  The data set sampling location preview map.

0164569_lonlat.txt - 
  Contains station locations for these data.  Each row contains the
  geographical position where these data were collected (longitude in the
  left column and latitude in the right column, both in decimal degrees).
  NCEI may have corrected or omitted geographic positions that seemed to be
  in error when generating this file.  However, NCEI did not change the
  original data files under the directory data/0-data/.
