I had a typo that caused a rather large problem with the previous version(s) of this file. The end result was that the NOSAMS C13 data were all set to the C13 flag values. Thx to Nico for catching this error.
One caveat remains with the C13 data from both legs of P15N.2015. They have NOT been QC’ed and there are a few obvious outliers. The code I use to change flags simply cannot be executed from home. 

If I ever get back into the office, I’ll correct and resubmit.
