The original data and metadata files were sent to CDIAC as ZIP file
of the data and metadata. The data set was archived at CDIAC in 2014.The data set
was transferred to NCEI on March 30, 2017 for archive. All original data and metadata files were transferred to the directory of data/0-data/. NCEI personnel extracted 
the longitude and latitude data, and plotted a sampling station map. Both the 
generated longitude latitude file and the sampling station map were saved in the 
about/ directory. NCEI personnel also converted the .xls metadata file to .csv 
and saved it in the data/1-data/ directory.
