Alex and Benjamin,

Attached are 2 files that contain data from Leg 1 and Leg 2 of the NOAA WCOA_2013 project. Alex had stored these as a single file. That made perfect sense scientifically, but was problematic for archive. Also note that both files contain measurements of the carbonate ion (CO3-2) concentration. Obviously, this is an important parameter even though rare. I adopted the name used in Alex’s file “CO32” for this parameter. 

In the header of each file I made a reference note to the other cruise. That linkage should be retained with the data files if at all possible.

Alex, I changed a very few CO32 flags in the Leg 2 data set. Otherwise these data are identical to what you sent me.

I submitted to CCHDO with similar notes.j
