Hello NODC Data Office, NODC Ocean Acidification, and  Liqing,

Here are the metadata for the  four .nc output files I uploaded to your FTP site 
(ftp://ftp.nodc.noaa.gov/pub/incoming/oads/ ), for the Atlantis ecosystem modeling of ocean acidification.

Liqing Jiang is the contact person in your office for this.

These two attached files replace the text files I sent earlier to Liqing.  

The Submission form lists the 90 key variables, details of the simulations, my contact info etc.

The Readme file includes details on how to parse out other less important variable names.
The Readme file also includes R code that other Atlantis users could use to extract full netcdf variable names 
from their output files.

I think these are the items you asked for, in the correct format we discussed on the phone. If you need 
anything else please contact me Tuesday.

Thank you very much for handling the data and metadata archiving. It is a new concept for me but hopefully 
this is a  step toward better output sharing and transparency.
